Rare Earth (NdFeB) Magnetic Separators
SLIDING MAGNETIC SEPARATORS - sizes: 150, 200, 300
Intended use: Trapping of magnetic metals from flows of loose materials, from powders to particles up to approx. 10 mm (in dependence on the 3 dimensions and specific weight). Design: Cabinet design with slide-out NdFeB magnetic screens. The magnets are accommodated in stainless steel housing. For cleaning, the screen slides out and the magnetic core is pulled out of it. Metallic particles then drop off spontaneously.

Intended use: Trapping of magnetic metals from crushed plastic material prior to processing on injection moulding lines. MAGNETIC METAL SEPARATORS FOR PIPE SYSTEMS
SINGLE-JACKET AND DOUBLE-JACKET MAGNETIC FILTERS
This magnetic filter type has been developed specifically for the separation of ferrous metals from liquids. The design respects the requirements of the food industry. The internal side is polished, free of protrusions, recesses or corners. The material is stainless steel No 1.4301 for the food industry. The filter is equipped with strong magnets based on rare earth elements (NdFeB).
Pressure inside the filter is 10 bars
Cleaning: The facility is cleaned rapidly by pulling the magnetic cores out of the stainless steel housing.
Sealing materials: Silicone, Viton
Operating temperature: Up to 80°C or 120°C.

Iron particles are trapped on magnetic bars while passing through the magnetic filter.
PST 50 – double-jacket design
The warm water, which is fed in, heats up the internal jacket of the separator and prevents material such as pastes, sauces, pasta, chocolate, soap, or fats inside the magnetic filter from solidification. The design makes for easy handling. The magnetic filter consists of a stainless steel body, magnetic core and stainless steel housing. Any metallic magnetic impurities are trapped on the surface of the stainless steel housing accommodating the magnetic core. The high-performance NdFeB magnets are so strong that once trapped, the impurities cannot be entrained by the fluid flow. Subsequently the impurities are removed easily and rapidly. The magnetic core is composed of bars around which the material flows. The number of bars depends on the size of the piping system inlet and outlet and on a smooth flow of the liquid through the body. The sizes specified in the table apply to our routinely supplied products. Other variants with different dimensions can be manufactured to suit the customer's needs.
